Justin Nunzio is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 35 years of experience in civil litigation. He has successfully handled over 100 jury trials and more than 50 arbitrations in complex across Maryland and Washington DC. He currently serves as our senior trial attorney for personal injury cases, where he fights to secure full compensation for clients who were injured through no fault of their own.
Over the course of his career, Justin has represented clients in cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability to serious criminal charges such as murder, assault, and drug offenses. He has also defended clients in civil and peace order proceedings and has served as a private arbitrator in over 25 matters.
He has appeared extensively before the Maryland District and Circuit Courts, the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. His career includes roles at respected firms throughout Maryland, including leadership in a workers’ compensation division and work with environmental law early in his practice.
Justin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law Enforcement from the University of Maryland.
